I'm a good house! I cared for my last family well for about 60 years. I can be a good house for you too. I'll need a more than just a little painting, but I'm patient. You can move in now and take your time fixing me - because everything works. I have 2 porches - screened in the back (flat fenced yard for entertaining) and front porch for sitting and waving at our friendly neighbors. I'm a block from the Metrobus, and close to the Metro (Minnesota Avenue). I'm one block from Kimball Elementary, and a couple of blocks to Sousa Middle School. Across the street from Sousa is the Washington Nationals Youth Baseball Academy. The Fort Dupont Ice Arena is under construction, but I will be happy to hear the laughter about your adventures there when it reopens. And when you are coming to visit me, don't forget to drive through Fort Dupont Park. When you buy me, you can leave your 2 cars in my fenced in, off street parking, and walk there - hiking and biking trails, with more community events then I can mention. Just come and see me.
